I've been banned from the art publishing until June 15 ;( just bc i posted the NewGrounds mascot character with the name of the FNF song "UGH". If u guys don't know maybe ninjamuffin99 on week 7 will put the song UGH.

One of the biggest rules of Newgrounds is to only upload what you made, you can't upload Games/Movies/Art/Audio that you didn't make. This place is for creators who want to share their stuff, which is why you can see so many unique submissions here. Here's the link for the Guidelines for Art Submissions:

They didn't ban you because they thought you were insulting the character, so don't worry about that.
